     The VEX Robotics Teams meet weekly to design and build a robot to compete against other schools in a game-based engineering competition.

 

 

                           

 

 

 

    The mission of Maywood Elementary's Girls Who Code Club is to engage and support girls in grades 3rd-5th in computer science. We are one of many clubs joining the international effort to close the gender gap in technology and to change the image of what a programmer looks like and does.

 

                               

                                   

Maywood's Esport Teams competes annually in the Level Up Los Angeles, a theme-based coding competition with Minecraft Education. 

  The Climate Club empowers students to become leaders in energy conservation at school and at home.

Maywood Elementary's Crochet Club is an inclusive space where students can tap into their creative side, build friendships, and participate in community service.
